Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience working in recruitment, in house or consultancy.
- Familiarity with sourcing tools and techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.).
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
