Responsibilities
Build our partnership pipeline: Source, qualify, negotiate, and onboard high-quality partners across influencer, creator, and community channels.
Drive strategic outcomes: Match partners to the right marketing goals—from revenue-driving growth activations to brand moments.
Run flawless operations: Manage briefs, timelines, content delivery, brand safety, and approvals across dozens of partners.
Expand our reach: Identify new communities and audience segments that Create should break into.
Develop reporting & insights: Own performance tracking for partnership content, measuring both growth and brand lift.
Collaborate across marketing: Ensure partner assets flow efficiently into paid, organic, lifecycle, and retail marketing.
Manage vendors & agencies: Oversee external partners supporting influencer, talent, and community efforts.
Raise the bar: Maintain creative and quality standards across all partnership executions
Requirements
5–10 years owning influencer or partnership operations at scale, ideally across both growth and brand.
Experience in wellness or gender-neutral product marketing.
Comfortable working with high-touch partners, talent managers, and reps; strong relationship builder.
A confident negotiator who knows how to find mutual upside.
Highly operational—strong at systems, processes, and moving many relationships forward at once.
Leverages virtual assistants, automation tools, and software to increase output without adding headcount.
Track record of clarity, organization, and ownership in fast-moving environments.
