Requirements
- 7–10+ years of program management experience leading large-scale, multi-year initiatives
- Proven success deploying technology solutions to frontline workers in operational environments
- Experience partnering with systems integrators and managing vendor relationships
- Background in regulated industries; utility sector experience strongly preferred
- Familiarity with field work management platforms (e.g., SAP, Salesforce) and Microsoft Suite
- Strong facilitation, communication, and consensus-building skills
