Responsibilities
Lead content enablement for six High Tech roles
Collaborate across Team NCVI including BTI role leaders, GSSO Sales & Service Enablement, Sales Operations, Global Product Management, etc.
Develop, create and maintain enablement collateral including Priorities Navigators and Action Plans, among others
Support Kickstart enablement sessions, including topic and analyst selection
Craft simple and clear communications to diverse audiences
Proactively analyze and share trends in feedback from stakeholders and participants, and make recommendations to enhance our offerings
Support special projects or events by managing timelines, creating communications and partnering with stakeholders across BTI and Gartner
Drive scalable activation mechanisms that reduce resource intensity on analysts and managers
Requirements
At least 5 years supporting a business unit or functional area
Strong attention to detail, organizational and project management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing requirements and multiple stakeholders
Excellent interpersonal skills – ability to proactively build and maintain strong partnerships
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient with MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
