Responsibilities
Coordinate the post-sale experience for Trimble Construction customers
Own the initial stages of a customer’s post-sale journey
Execute strategies for new customer onboarding
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding onboarding experiences
Build and document deep understanding of customers and their business needs
Foster the success of your assigned book of business through business value conversations
Own and maintain account success plans in collaboration with the customer
Execute proactive customer reviews to assess overall customer health
Identify risk as well as growth/expansion opportunities for the Account Sales Rep
Requirements
3+ years of Customer Success or account management experience in a SaaS company
Emotional intelligence — employ active listening to understand root causes of issues
Executive presence — build positive, trusted relationships with decision makers
Exceptional communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal)
French: native or fluent; professional-level English
Proven ability to work cross-functionally and represent the Voice of the Customer
Working knowledge of Trimble’s AECO solutions and/or willingness to learn
