Responsibilities
Provide business analytics and operational support for strategic decisions
Conduct quantitative analyses and advanced modeling to translate data into actionable insights
Work closely with company-wide Operations teams to ensure data and report integrity
Produce ad hoc analysis and reporting to support sales and marketing teams
Support compensation plan design and administration for multiple organizations
Conduct periodic reviews and benchmark analyses for compensation programs
Collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate compensation payouts
Support the Sr Director of Sales Operations in annual planning processes
Develop customer segmentation and resource plan for accelerated growth
Requirements
2+ years of Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related role in a high growth tech company
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and strategically in a fast-paced, ever-changing, and global environment
Exceptional writing and analytical skills, with the ability to visualize data to tell a story
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, and other analytical tools
Strong bias for action
Experience in Enterprise SaaS Sales environment
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, economics or related field
