Responsibilities

  • To ensure a consistent global framework and support effective local execution
  • Validating operational readiness to boost seller productivity
  • Executing strategic programs to enhance operational rhythm of business
  • Developing sales policies and engagement rules
  • Partner with the Sales Operations leadership teams to effectively align & embed the rhythm of the business
  • Develop globally standardized sales forecasting, opportunity management and planning & budgeting processes
  • Work with the Sales Operations leadership team to develop globally consistent reporting processes and business review templates
  • Partner with the Business Operations leadership team to validate operational readiness for changes that affect front line sellers and/or partners
  • Execute strategic programs and embed outcomes/benefits of those programs into new or existing rhythm of business
  • Develop and govern key sales policies and process
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations through advanced analytics tied to key initiatives or reporting at a global level
  • Work with the Sales Intelligence team to define requirements for dashboards

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience managing sales operations or operations programs
  • Experience in driving structured processes and leveraging analytics from large datasets to drive growth programs
  • Ability to think strategically and synthesize insights and business implications from data in a meaningful way
  • Deep knowledge of account/opportunity management principles and practices as applied in a Technology/SaaS, B2B environments
  • Ability to handle multiple, simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment while paying excellent attention to detail
  • A proven ability to develop tactical initiatives that improve sales productivity and performance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage multiple stakeholders, and to turn business requirements into consumable material
  • Focus on self-learning and improvement to strive to be better and serve others better in the pursuit of business growth and personal development
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce
  • Self-starter
