Responsibilities
Manage relationships with key stakeholders and champion overall customer strategy.
Maintain deep understanding of each client’s competitive landscape and target markets.

Achieve/exceed annual revenue and profitability goals, maintain accurate forecasting.
Lead day-to-day management and optimization of growth plans.
Drive proposal development, contract negotiation, business case preparation, and implementation of white-space opportunities.
Act as the steward of client contracts, including renewals and renegotiations, drafting/managing amendments, monitoring contract compliance.
Understand and accurately communicate TreviPay solutions and processes.
Apply account management best practices (goal-setting, account planning, task management).
