About the role

Responsibilities
- Act strategically in the analysis, design and transformation of IT processes, ensuring operational efficiency, scalability, governance and alignment with business objectives through continuous improvement and the use of technology
- Lead the mapping, analysis and redesign of complex IT processes
- Identify bottlenecks, risks and opportunities for optimization in technological and operational processes
- Define and monitor KPIs and SLAs for IT processes
- Ensure compliance with frameworks and best practices
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in mapping, analyzing and improving corporate processes
- Experience in process automation projects
- Methodologies: BPM, Lean, Six Sigma
- Process modeling (BPMN 2.0)
- ITIL
- Modeling tools (Bizagi, Visio, etc.)
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration or related fields
