Responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that drive awareness, demand, and growth
Manage website content updates to ensure information is current and aligned with campaigns
Oversee content creation and distribution, including blogs and whitepapers
Manage fulfillment of partnership deliverables across email, print, digital creative assets, and event activations
Provide support for trade shows and events by coordinating pre- and post-logistics
Create and manage an organic social media content calendar
Support digital marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels
Define and track KPIs for campaign success, monitoring ROI across campaigns
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Strong expertise in marketing strategy development, integrated campaign planning, and go-to-market execution
Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
Solid understanding of omnichannel marketing, including digital, paid media, lifecycle campaigns, and audience segmentation
Experience with demand generation tactics and campaign optimization across paid, owned, and organic channels
Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
Proven problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with the youth sports industry (preferred)
