About the role
- Operations Analyst executing and monitoring operational processes for investment platform. Collaborating with various teams to improve workflows and documentation in a fintech environment.
Responsibilities
- Execute and monitor day-to-day operational processes that support our investment platform
- Identify operational issues, investigate root causes, and support their resolution
- Implement and improve operational workflows and contribute to their improvement and automation
- Work closely with Product, Customer Service, and other internal teams to address operational dependencies and challenges
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all standard operating procedures SOPs and control frameworks
- Monitor internal systems to optimise operational efficiency and address any potential disruptions promptly
- Support improvement projects and gradually take ownership of parts of the operation
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail
- Process design and process management skills
- A keen interest in financial markets and trading operations
- Interest in how digital products and investment platforms work
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Nice to have: Knowledge of SQL
- Nice to have: Knowledge of the German language
- Nice to have: Internship or project exposure to financial services or fintech operations
