Responsibilities
- Support the project implementation team through project management tools and processes to ensure project objectives are met.
- Track and monitor project progress, ensuring compliance with scope, schedule, cost, risks and quality.
- Consolidate and report project status and performance information to senior leadership via reports, dashboards and indicators (KPIs).
- Assist in prioritizing and allocating resources across projects, aligning initiatives with the organization’s strategic goals.
- Identify, analyze and propose solutions for risks and issues that may impact projects.
- Facilitate communication among internal and external stakeholders, promoting alignment between project teams and business areas.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or postgraduate degree in Information Technology.
- Knowledge and experience in Project and People Management.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence and Microsoft Project.
- Knowledge of data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with collaboration and communication tools such as Microsoft Teams, Miro and Zoom.
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and influence diverse stakeholders.
- Strong ability to articulate ideas, prepare presentations for senior management and report project status (written and verbal).
- Ability to prioritize tasks, create schedules and manage multiple projects.
- Capacity to identify problems, mitigate risks and propose practical solutions.
- Ability to work in dynamic environments and handle frequent change.
- Orientation toward value delivery and achieving strategic objectives.
- Currently residing in São Paulo and able to attend the São Paulo or Indaiatuba office 2–3 times per week.
