Responsibilities
Support the HR team across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee changes, offboarding, and key HR processes.
Use HR systems to process transactions, maintain accurate employee data, and follow company policies.
Handle routine employee HR queries, escalating complex issues when needed.
Learn TomTom’s HR policies, processes, and systems, and contribute ideas to improve operations.
Assist with HR projects, policy rollouts, reports, and initiatives that enhance the employee experience.
Collaborate with HR colleagues across locations and support knowledge sharing within the team.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR Management (final year or recently completed).
Basic understanding of HR concepts and strong motivation to learn HR systems (e.g., Workday).
Detail-oriented, organized, and methodical in task execution.
Proactive, with a problem-solving mindset and openness to feedback.
Team-oriented with good communication and collaboration skills.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
