Benefits Specialist II executing day-to-day administration of employee benefits programs at Community Partners. Collaborating with HR leadership and managing benefits for 400 eligible employees in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
Manage all employee enrollments, disenrollment's, and mid-year changes into and out of benefits
Ensure all enrollments, disenrollment's, and changes are reflected correctly to all vendors and carriers.
Collaborate with payroll to ensure employee status changes and deductions have taken effect.
Facilitate company-wide open enrollment for 400+ benefits-eligible employees
Collaborate with departmental staff to provide clear information for employees about their COBRA rights.
Run, analyze, and submit reports as required by state agencies and vendors.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in human resource management or related field
Five years of related benefits or employee benefits administration experience
Familiarity with payroll and benefits software systems
Excellent proficiency with Excel spreadsheets including V Lookup
Experience in a multi-state organization and/or complex nonprofit organization
