Responsibilities
Act as an agent of innovation and efficiency in commercial processes, using digital technologies, data analysis and automation to optimize the sales journey, improve the customer experience and increase team performance.
Map and analyze sales processes to identify opportunities for digitization and automation;
Implement digital tools and ensure their integration with existing systems;
Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and generate insights for data-driven decision making;
Support the sales team in adopting new technologies and digital methodologies;
Develop dashboards and reports to track the customer journey and sales funnel;
Research trends and best practices in digital transformation applied to the commercial/sales area.
Requirements
Knowledge of CRM, automation tools and data analysis.
Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Strategic mindset with a focus on customer experience.
Strong communication skills to engage both commercial and technical teams.
Agile mindset and innovation-oriented approach.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Information Systems or related fields.
Specialization in Digital Transformation, Data Analytics or Project Management is desirable.
