About the role

  • Associate Sales Executive focusing on renewals and upsells for Thomson Reuters across designated geography. Engaging customers through virtual channels with a focus on retention and strategic growth.

Responsibilities

  • Closes renewals and upsell opportunities for an assigned geography and/or leads assigned
  • Identifies the best virtual channel for engagement with customers
  • Validates customer needs and shapes product plans
  • Supports in developing and executing territory growth strategies
  • Engages Sales Specialists for deep product expertise
  • Handles escalations from Digital chat Assist
  • Focuses on driving retention and achieving renewal targets

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of sales, account management, or customer success experience
  • Ability in B2B sales, SaaS/subscription-based businesses, legal, government, or professional services markets
  • Well-developed sales process and negotiation aptitude
  • Ability to drive high customer contact volume
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • High degree of professionalism, customer centricity, and flexibility
