Responsibilities
Identify and analyze business opportunities in the education sector (schools, colleges, school networks, educational institutions, education companies, among others).
Prospect and qualify leads, converting them into clients and strategic partners.
Develop customized commercial proposals aligned with each institution's pedagogical, operational and strategic needs.
Act in a consultative manner with clients, supporting the selection of educational solutions best suited to their challenges and objectives.
Conduct complex negotiations with decision-makers in the education sector.
Present clear and consistent value propositions, demonstrating pedagogical and operational benefits and return on investment (ROI).
Negotiate and close sustainable and profitable contracts for the company.
Manage the sales pipeline, monitoring all stages of the sales process from prospecting to closing.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with strategic clients in the education segment.
Track customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for expansion, renewal and cross-/upselling.
Represent the company at educational events, trade shows, conferences, presentations and sector workshops.
Monitor trends in the education market, pedagogical, technological and regulatory innovations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing, Pedagogy/Education or related fields.
Solid experience in consultative sales, preferably in the education sector.
Experience in complex negotiations and relationship management with decision-makers (directors, maintainers/funders, educational managers).
Strategic, analytical profile, results- and impact-oriented.
Excellent communication skills, relationship-building and influencing abilities.
