Responsibilities
The Associate Client Success Manager is responsible for coordinating the delivery of services for AHEAD Managed Services clients.
Supports Senior Client Success Managers on large, complex accounts while independently managing a portfolio of smaller accounts.
Acts as a primary point of escalation and coordination between AHEAD Managed Services, client director, and the customer.
Requirements
Minimum Required: 6+ years of relevant IT Service Account Management experience
Preferred:
• ITIL Foundation Certification
• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• ServiceNow experience
• Undergraduate degree and 6 years relevant experience
