Responsibilities
Set the vision for the BioProduction Group (BPG) sales training programs globally
Responsible for global curriculum design, development and implementation of educational strategy
Ensure all Sales professionals have knowledge of BPG’s workflow offerings, sales skills and technical skills
Drive and implement a training and development strategy for the global Sales team
Establish a culture of continual learning and professional development
Lead the development of a sales training framework, specify training requirements and assess current skills
Lead the build out of training curriculum with a variety of training assets
Demonstrate extensive knowledge of adult learning principles
Partner with Sales leadership team to support the launch of new programs and initiatives
Deliver training courses personally where vital
Build and maintain strong collaborator relationships across the organization
Requirements
Bachelor degree in Business Administration/related field or equivalent experience
Masters in Education, Training & Development (Preferred)
10+ years related sales experience and/or training
Demonstrated excellence in curriculum design and development
A detailed understanding of the dynamics of adult learning
Ability to work on various assignments simultaneously
Ability to empower and develop others
