Responsibilities
Manage and grow a large portfolio (500 accounts) across a Midwest-focused national territory
Prospect and develop new business through outbound outreach and in-person customer visits
Build long-term relationships with engineering, manufacturing, and technical stakeholders
Provide technical guidance on printed electronics, substrates, PSAs, and PCB-related materials
Introduce new products, uncover new use cases, and drive market expansion
Partner with internal teams (technical, inside sales, product, supply chain) to support customers
Operate in a fast-paced, quick-turn environment (same-day/next-day orders)
Track activity, pipeline, and forecasts using Salesforce
Travel 20–30% (2–3 days per trip)
Requirements
5+ years of outside sales or technical sales experience in printed electronics, PCB, or engineered materials
Proven hunter mentality with strong account management skills
Experience selling into engineering and manufacturing environments
Comfortable managing long sales cycles and large customer portfolios
Strong communication skills, thick skin, and a proactive mindset
