Responsibilities
Provide a strategic technical partnership with customers, bridging the gap between the business objectives and technical execution.
Work with clients from prospecting, to demonstrating Tetra services, to completing and winning RFP's.
Primary point of contact through the sales cycle.
Lifecycle engagement & adoption acceleration from engagement to delivery.
Conduct regular technical reviews.
Identify risks & recommend optimizations.
Lead the strategy for expansions.
Support POCs & co-innovation.
Manage resolution for escalated issues.
Requirements
Scientific background academic and/or 5+ years professional experience in Life Sciences
Senior Technical Architecture experience 5+ years
Commercial tech sales support
R&D IT OR Data & Informatics
Data Modeling: Understand logical, physical, and conceptual data models.
Scripting and Database Systems: Proficiency in Python, cloud RDBMS (like Snowflake) and NoSQL
databases (like Redshift and Databricks).
Big Data Technologies: Familiarity with tools like Spark, and data warehousing solutions.
Cloud Platforms: Experience with cloud providers mainly AWS especially their data services, but also Azure, Google Cloud,
Data Governance and Quality: Understanding of data lineage, metadata management, and data quality processes and tools.
Analytics and BI Tools: Familiarity with tools such as Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, and their backend requirements.
