About the role

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative ideas to recruit Master’s degree students in both face-to-face and virtual environments
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with corporations, government organizations, non-profits, and alumni to build a pipeline of graduate candidates
- Respond to prospective graduate students via phone, e-mail, and mail, providing exceptional customer service and timely follow-up
- Attend recruitment events and deliver compelling presentations to prospective and admitted graduate students
- Work closely with the Graduate Recruitment and Admissions team to analyze enrollment trends and adjust recruitment strategies as necessary
- Maintain an understanding of FAFSA deadlines, graduate tuition options, and payment processes to accurately assist graduate students
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree is required, Master’s degree preferred
- Significant experience in Graduate recruiting may be substituted for educational qualifications as determined by the appointing authority
- A minimum of two years’ experience in higher education admissions, advising, or recruiting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to operate independently, exercising judgment and discretion with minimal guidance
- Must possess a valid driver’s license for required year-round daily travel
- Must be able to lift and move 40 pounds for event setup
