Responsibilities

You understand the needs of the customer: as an industry expert, you can identify and prioritize customer needs.
You know how to steer the conversation with the customer in the right direction to lead to a successful outcome.
Whether it's C-level decision-makers or managers at the operational level, you know how to handle them.
You are proactive and always seeking opportunities to take your portfolio to the next level, and grow our business.
You have strong analytical skills: you are adept at handling data and translating it into clear action points for your clients.
Based on your findings, you determine the next steps, always with the best interests of both parties in mind.
You’re eager to seek opportunities and improve storytelling based on your client- and market needs.
You like to work with revenue targets. So you don’t take no for an answer easily.
Requirements
Have 2-3 years of relevant commercial experience in (strategic) account management.
Have HBO-level education.
Speak fluent Dutch and have a good command of English.
Are able to turn ideas into concrete plans.
Are data-driven and innovative.
Have a commercial mindset.
You are communicative and have hands-on mentality.
Experience or knowledge of software such as Asana, Looker and Salesforce is a plus.
A network in hospitality.
Experience at an agency or within platform industry.
