Commercially driven Customer Relationship Manager owning sales in Paget for Motion Fluid Power solutions. Responsible for customer retention, building relationships, and executing account strategies.
Responsibilities
Own and drive sales and margin performance across your territory
Develop and execute tailored account plans aligned to customer objectives
Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers
Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across Motion’s full product range
Position Motion as a trusted partner to Paget’s industrial operators
Focused on strengthening customer retention and increasing share of wallet across industries such as Agriculture/Irrigation, Mining, Oil & Gas, Food & Beverage, Waste, and OEM.
Requirements
Experience managing key accounts with a focus on retention and growth
Strong capability in developing and executing account strategies
Experience in contract negotiations, renewals, and upsell initiatives
The ability to analyse market trends and adapt strategies accordingly
Excellent communication skills and the confidence to influence senior stakeholders
Willingness to travel approximately 1–2 weeks per month
Formal business or sales qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
