About the role

  • Senior Relationship Manager managing key strategic clients for Iress, Australia's technology company. Building trusted partnerships and driving client success to enhance revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining strong, long term relationships with key strategic clients
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, understanding their business strategy and priorities
  • Driving client retention and revenue growth through increased usage and additional solution sales
  • Developing and executing tailored client management and account plans
  • Leading commercial discussions, negotiations and ongoing revenue forecasting
  • Partnering with Product, Support and broader Commercial teams to deliver outstanding client outcomes
  • Supporting the successful rollout and adoption of new products, features and propositions
  • Advocating for clients internally and acting as an escalation point to ensure an exceptional client experience
  • Building your industry network and representing Iress at events and client engagements

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a relationship management, account management or client facing commercial role
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding revenue and retention targets
  • Ability to build credibility and influence senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor
  • Commercial acumen with experience in negotiations and forecasting
  • Experience working cross functionally to deliver outcomes for clients
  • Understanding of how technology solutions drive value for client businesses
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas
  • Experience using CRM systems and working within structured sales frameworks
