- Leading commercial discussions, negotiations and ongoing revenue forecasting
- Partnering with Product, Support and broader Commercial teams to deliver outstanding client outcomes
- Supporting the successful rollout and adoption of new products, features and propositions
- Advocating for clients internally and acting as an escalation point to ensure an exceptional client experience
- Building your industry network and representing Iress at events and client engagements
Requirements
- Proven experience in a relationship management, account management or client facing commercial role
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding revenue and retention targets
- Ability to build credibility and influence senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor
- Commercial acumen with experience in negotiations and forecasting
- Experience working cross functionally to deliver outcomes for clients
- Understanding of how technology solutions drive value for client businesses
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas
- Experience using CRM systems and working within structured sales frameworks
