Responsibilities
Prospecting and onboarding new indirect channels to market VB products.
Ongoing management and relationship-building with the active partner portfolio.
Mapping business opportunities within the base, implementing upsell and cross-sell strategies to maximize results.
Drafting and presenting technical and commercial proposals.
Monitoring the sales funnel through to customer implementation.
Monitoring KPIs and revenue targets for the partnerships channel.
Liaising with internal teams to ensure quality and speed of delivery.
Requirements
Required:
Bachelor's degree (completed).
Experience in B2B sales, preferably in the benefits sector or HR solutions.
Experience in prospecting and managing a portfolio of partners or indirect channels.
Knowledge of sales techniques and pipeline management.
Intermediate Excel skills and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Prior experience with CRM systems, especially Salesforce.
