Responsibilities
Own and optimize: Lead the ongoing development, management, and continuous optimization of our consumer health websites and digital customer journeys
Collaborate and create: Work seamlessly with marketing teams to develop outstanding content and customer experiences that delight visitors and significantly increase conversion rates
Brand evolution: Lead the maintenance, updates, and strategic evolution of site pages, including key contributions to rebranding initiatives
Analyze and act: Play a central role in weekly measurement of digital KPIs, identifying trends and key data, and translating them into actionable recommendations
Digital experience leadership: Partner with the Advisor, Digital Marketing and Product Marketing Advisors to shape the evolution of the overall digital customer experience, including information pages that drive app downloads and the MyPet Store e-commerce platform
Requirements
More than 5 years of comprehensive experience in web solutions, covering user experience, product ownership, analytics, marketing, and project management
Exceptionally strong analytics and reporting skills, with mandatory knowledge of GA4 (formerly GA2) and Contentful
Expert-level proficiency in Contentful, Figma, GA4, and BigCommerce, complemented by hands-on experience with HTML/CSS and CSS-in-JS
Deep understanding of conversion rate optimization principles and best practices
Strong understanding and application of best-in-class user experience practices
Experience working effectively with various content management, analytics, and marketing automation tools
Demonstrated ability to deliver results in environments requiring a high degree of autonomy and initiative
Exceptionally strong analytical and project management capabilities
Proven ability to simplify complex problems and craft highly effective communications
Bilingualism in French would be considered an asset but is not required.
