About the role

• Analista Fiscal at Tegma managing federal tax apportionments and obligations. Working with Oracle systems in a hybrid workplace in São Bernardo do Campo.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of federal tax calculations: PIS, COFINS, IRPJ, CSLL, IRRF and CSRF;
• Preparation of ancillary tax filings: SPED, ECF, REINF, Perdcomp, MIT – tax inclusion module;
• Tax reconciliations;
• Management of processes through to timely payment of taxes;
• Liaison with other departments to understand and resolve requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree;
• Postgraduate degree and/or Master's (preferred);
• Experience with Oracle, Datasul, Syncro and Recebe+ systems;
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint);
• Solid experience in calculating and reconciling federal taxes and preparing ancillary tax filings;
• Excellent time-management skills and ability to prioritize work; attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills; good interpersonal skills;
• Availability to work in São Bernardo do Campo, SP — in-office 3 times per week.
