Responsibilities
Develop and maintain systems by implementing features, fixing defects, adjusting integrations, updating technical documentation, and providing technical support to the team to ensure stability, evolution, and delivery quality when required.
Implement adjustments and enhancements to systems following defined requirements, approved architecture, and established technical standards to maintain operations and support system evolution as needed.
Update technical documentation describing implementations, fixes, and procedures according to the adopted standard to ensure traceability and support for the team when necessary.
Support the execution of validation tests together with the business area, performing guided checks and recording evidence and results to contribute to the release of quality deliveries when required.
Assist with effort estimates and task planning by gathering information and detailing activities under team guidance to improve predictability and organization of deliveries as needed.
Produce reports consolidating requested data and information according to the defined standard to support team and management monitoring and decision-making upon request.
Assist in code reviews by analyzing change requests and identifying inconsistencies, risks, and nonconformities with established technical standards to contribute to the quality, readability, and maintainability of deliveries as needed.

Requirements
Higher education in progress or completed: Technical course in IT; Information Systems; Software Engineering; or Systems Analysis and Development.
Maximum discretion and integrity are essential requirements for the role.
The position requires occasional courses and/or training.
Preferred completion of Trailhead trails: Administration, Basic Apex, Databases and Queries, Basic Lightning Web Components, Basic Aura, Basic Git, plus familiarity with data modeling, security (profiles/permission sets), and automation (Flow) on the Salesforce platform.
Minimum of 6 (six) months of experience in Salesforce development.
