Responsibilities
You are responsible for the entire sales process – from first contact to closing.
Active new customer acquisition
Partial qualification of leads and needs assessment
Conducting consultative and closing meetings
Independently closing consulting and agency services (concepts, retainers & projects)
Handling inbound leads and managing your own outbound pipeline
Maintaining and managing your sales pipeline in the CRM
Close coordination with management & marketing
Requirements
Experience in B2B sales, ideally in an agency environment
Confidence in conducting consultative meetings and closing deals
Strong results orientation combined with a clean, advisory sales approach
Understanding of online marketing, SEO, performance ads, etc.
Structured, independent working style
Very good German language skills
CRM experience (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive) is an advantage
