About the role

  • Sales Manager responsible for the entire sales process from outreach to closing in B2B. Focused on performance marketing to help SMEs and e-commerce grow profitably.

Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the entire sales process – from first contact to closing.
  • Active new customer acquisition
  • Partial qualification of leads and needs assessment
  • Conducting consultative and closing meetings
  • Independently closing consulting and agency services (concepts, retainers & projects)
  • Handling inbound leads and managing your own outbound pipeline
  • Maintaining and managing your sales pipeline in the CRM
  • Close coordination with management & marketing

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales, ideally in an agency environment
  • Confidence in conducting consultative meetings and closing deals
  • Strong results orientation combined with a clean, advisory sales approach
  • Understanding of online marketing, SEO, performance ads, etc.
  • Structured, independent working style
  • Very good German language skills
  • CRM experience (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive) is an advantage
