Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end People Team operations for various global offices, with a focus on Poland and Germany.
Oversee payroll processes and liaise with external providers to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Advise on local labour laws and regulations, ensuring policies and practices are compliant.
Support HR projects and process improvements across the region.
Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Finance and IT teams to deliver a seamless employee experience.
Requirements
Proven experience in HR operations and payroll across Poland and Germany.
Strong knowledge of Polish and German labour laws; additional country knowledge is a plus.
Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and communication skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
Fluent in English; Polish and/or German language skills highly desirable.
