• Loan Operations Supervisor overseeing operations of several functions within Real Estate Secured Lending. Managing personnel, daily workflow, and ensuring SLAs are met while collaborating with team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversees operations of several functions or processes within Loan Operations
• Supervises operations of multiple functions or processes
• Modifies procedures to improve performance of units supervised
• Works with Group Management to address performance problems, hire staff, train team members
• Ensures SLAs are consistently met
• Generates Insurance Letters and completes a 2nd review of all insurance letters daily
• Monitors day-to-day activities of the department
• Handles escalated customer issues
• Participates in project teams
• Develops relationships with management of internal and external departments

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• 1-5 years' experience
• In-depth knowledge of principles and practices related to the operational areas managed
• Strong leadership, delegation, coaching, and mentoring skills
• Excellent problem/conflict resolution skills
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• In-depth knowledge of relevant banking rules and policies
• Ability to balance competing priorities and make sound decisions within, and outside of, established policy
• Ability to develop new policies and procedures in response to changes in business environment
