Responsibilities
Provides technology-based customer service support
Conducts first level analysis to resolve end user incidents/issues
Investigates problems beyond own area of knowledge
Prioritizes and may assign problems and service issues to other team members
Co-ordinates problem resolution and the implementation of changes
Integrates all sources of information when providing assistance to clients
Requirements
Undergraduate degree or Technical Certificate
Ability to work 5x a week any day of the week, 40 hours in total and reside locally to Lexington, South Carolina
