About the role

  • Operations System Coordinator responsible for systems work ensuring smooth operations at P&G's Skelmersdale Distribution Centre. Collaborating across departments and executing standards for operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all areas of systems work required to ensure Operations runs smoothly
  • Work closely with the shift team leader
  • Execute processes as per the standard
  • Identify complex losses and contribute to elimination efforts
  • Demonstrate perfect execution of site fundamental results on Safety, Quality and Internal Controls
  • Ownership of a specific area and deliverables
  • Work closely with colleagues across all departments

Requirements

  • RTITB Trained or similar
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Proven capability to understand key business needs
  • Very strong personal accountability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid technical skills and experience of SAP/TMS/Maestro or similar
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proactive approach to personal development
  • Right to Work in the UK from Day 1 without requiring sponsorship
