- Operations Analyst contributing to high-impact initiatives at GitGuardian. Collaborating cross-functionally to drive strategic projects and enhance customer experiences in cybersecurity.
Responsibilities
- You’ll play a critical role at the heart of our six-person Strategy & Operations team, contributing to high-impact initiatives that shape the company’s future.
- Work closely with Customer Success Managers and Sales Engineers on customer-facing strategic initiatives: such as onboarding workflows, remediation programs, or implementation playbooks.
- Based on data insights, influence the rollout strategy of the client and its delivery through actionable recommendations.
- Take full ownership of internal key cross-functional projects (e.g., new product launch, new operating model, expansion opportunities etc..)
- Lead stakeholder coordination across teams (Product, Marketing, Sales, Ops, etc.)
- Identify risks and roadblocks early, propose mitigation plans, and keep leadership aligned through clear communication.
- Collaborate with other team members on broader strategic initiatives such as pricing strategy, org design, process improvement, or AI integration.
- Break down complex, ambiguous business challenges into actionable insights and translate findings into clear recommendations.
Requirements
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Good command of SQL and prior experience with data analysis/BI tools.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in consulting or in a high-growth scale-up environment is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English & French.
- Experience leveraging AI to automate workflows and boost productivity would strengthen your application but isn't required.
