Responsibilities
Own the growth engine for Taster, bridging digital presence and restaurant success.
Design, launch, and manage a cross-brand loyalty program.
Act as the primary lead for relationships with delivery platforms for visibility.
Develop Local Marketing toolkits enabling franchise partners to drive footfall.
Partner with Head of Brands to craft a 12-month marketing calendar.
Design and execute high-performance paid media campaigns across various platforms.
Requirements
5+ years in Marketing or Growth roles, specifically within FoodTech, QSR or Marketplace environments.
Proven track record of building or managing customer loyalty programs and retention funnels.
Deep understanding of marketplaces dynamics; the Deliveroo/UberEats/Just Eat ecosystems.
Understanding of unit economics, CAC/LTV, and impact on P&L.
Fluent in English and French (required).
Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Braze, Klaviyo), analytics (Looker, Excel).
