Responsibilities
End-to-end overall responsibility for the entire marketing function with a clear focus on lead generation for Sales (currently over €400,000/month)
Strategic and operational responsibility for the total marketing budget (>€400,000/month)
Definition of marketing strategy, priorities and KPIs across all channels
Leadership, management and scaling of the team
Strategic ownership of media buying & scaling — operational execution is carried out together with our Performance Marketing team (current ad spend: >€200,000/month)
Development of a clear creative & content strategy including testing frameworks for ads, website and funnels
Final responsibility for website copy, messaging and conversion rate optimization
Optimization of newsletter and email flows
Conception of influencer partnerships as well as social & content initiatives
Definition of strategy, priorities and KPI frameworks for SEO, social and personal branding
Planning and execution of go-to-market (GTM) strategies
Primary KPI: qualified leads for our Sales team
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience
Demonstrable experience managing budgets exceeding €500,000 per month (total)
Deep understanding of KPIs, tracking and conversion optimization
Strong sense for performance-driven creatives and messaging
Ability to build a team while being willing to take hands-on operational responsibility
High standards for speed, quality and ownership
Ideally experience in a B2B SaaS environment or in e-commerce
