Responsibilities

Optimizing pricing tiers, A/B testing promotions, and managing the "Innovation Funnel" for LTOs.
Mastering the algorithms of Deliveroo, UberEats, and Just Eat to ensure visibility and conversion.
Manage the strategic relationship with our creator team.
Responsible for managing the brand’s budget and optimizing CAC/LTV ratios.
Requirements
7+ years in high-growth Brand Management, Marketing, or Ops
QSR Deep-Dive: You understand the "Franchise mindset."
Financial Fluency: You speak the language of unit economics.
Data Native: Proficiency in Looker and advanced Excel modeling is non-negotiable.
Bilingual: Comfortable in English and French.
Agility: You thrive in moving from high-level board decks to "boots on the ground" operational fixes.
