About the role

Responsibilities
- Define the 12-24 month vision for Pepe Chicken alongside the creator team.

- Manage the strategic relationship with our creator team.
- Responsible for managing the brand’s budget and optimizing CAC/LTV ratios.
Requirements
- 7+ years in high-growth Brand Management, Marketing, or Ops
- QSR Deep-Dive: You understand the "Franchise mindset."
- Financial Fluency: You speak the language of unit economics.
- Data Native: Proficiency in Looker and advanced Excel modeling is non-negotiable.
- Bilingual: Comfortable in English and French.
- Agility: You thrive in moving from high-level board decks to "boots on the ground" operational fixes.
