Responsibilities
- Act as the right hand of the VP of Local Markets within our Public Sector business.
- Work directly with the VP of Sales and leadership team to drive team-wide strategy and execution.
- Responsible for achieving operational excellence within the organization.
- Build trust and frame data-driven recommendations.
- Drive day-to-day execution and support for reps in the field.
- Collaborate with Rev Ops teams and key stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations or a related field.
- Proven ability to analyze data and present actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong proficiency with CRM systems and sales methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with public sector sales is a plus.
