Requirements
- Considerable technical acumen with hands‑on experience partnering with engineering and design, including APIs, data models, and platform architecture.
- Proactive and ambitious product leader who thrives in ambiguity and is motivated by building scalable, foundational platforms for Business Banking.
- Ability to define and deliver a clear product roadmap while navigating complex regulatory and compliance environments.
- Experience in financial services, ideally within business banking.
- Experience establishing and championing product and engineering conventions to drive alignment and collaboration.
- Familiarity with DORA and/or other delivery and engineering metrics to inform product decision‑making.
