Requirements

Experience in telephone customer support, sales, or client acquisition.
Confident and persuasive telephone manner, with empathy.
Reliable, structured, and independent working style.
Very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
A positive attitude toward providing legal advice and representation for people with a migration background.
Interest in working at a highly digitalized legal tech law firm.
Ideally, a completed university degree.
