Responsibilities
Convey products and services effectively to customers in person
Covey the benefits of the services available to customer, training provided
Canvass (Knocking door to door), distribute program literature, and schedule a technician for a minimum of 5 appointments daily
Attend training
Become certified and badged for the Energy savings Assistance programs
Keep in regular communication with the office, assigned the technician, and manager
Have a friendly and outgoing attitude
Remain knowledgeable about programs going on with in the company
Maintain a presentable and professional appearance
Become certified and badged for the Energy saving assistance program
In-home sales: Work closely with clients in-home to create customized energy-efficient solutions that align with their goals and objectives
Cross-salling and upselling: Recognize opportunities to offer additional services or products to our existing client base, increasing sales and enhancing customer satisfaction
Market research: Stay informed about the energy industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to stay ahead in the marketplace.
Requirements
Ability to look presentable and speak clearly
Positive and professional demeanor
Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
Client management experience recommended
Basic computer and IPad skills
Pass drug and background screening
