Responsibilities
- Facilitate service design and gather requirements.
- Handle project kick-off and close-out activities.
- Conduct gap analysis and ensure all requirements are fulfilled.

- Analyse data to produce insightful reports that aid in strategic decision-making.
- Demonstrate the ability to dissect complex issues and convert them into actionable deliverables, including solutions and services.
- Engage with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to define and agree upon reporting and analytics requirements, while providing guidance to the team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify needs and set objectives.
Requirements
- Experience as a Business Analyst with demonstrable experience delivering solutions around applications and supporting project managers with delivery of work streams
- Ability to translate business requirements in to use cases (with descriptions, acceptance criteria, functional and on functional requirements)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data driven insights to non- technical audiences
- Ability to present visualisations/reports in a business context to business stakeholders
