Responsibilities
Manage and optimize paid search campaigns and other paid acquisition channels with a strong focus on performance and efficiency.
Plan, launch, and scale campaigns across multiple markets while maintaining target CPA and ROAS goals.
Continuously test and refine acquisition strategies to drive high-quality traffic and conversions.
Run A/B tests for ad copy, creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve campaign performance.
Analyze campaign data to identify growth opportunities, inefficiencies, and optimization areas.
Monitor budgets, performance trends, and bidding strategies to ensure efficient spend allocation.
Prepare regular performance reports that clearly communicate campaign results, insights, and recommendations.
Collaborate with creative, analytics, and product teams to improve campaign performance and landing page conversion rates.
Stay up to date with paid media trends, platform updates, and new acquisition strategies, bringing new ideas and experiments to the team.
Requirements
Proven experience in managing paid search acquisition campaigns.
Strong skills in data analysis and reporting, with proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, Excel, Google sheets and etc.).
Analytical thinking, ability to draw correct conclusions from data and subsequent action steps.
Experience in working with complex, global, large-scale campaigns.
Proficiency in English both verbal and written.
Familiarity with SEO and CRO best practices is an advantage.
