Responsibilities
Strategic management of paid acquisition: translate business objectives into measurable acquisition goals.
Define channel-specific acquisition strategies based on target audiences.
Ensure alignment between targeting, messaging and business objectives.
Monitor and analyze KPIs: CPL, CPA, cost per registration, conversion rate, ROAS.
Identify optimization levers and recommend budget reallocations.
Produce regular reporting for the Head of the Digital Marketing department.
Requirements
Advanced proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads and other paid platforms.
Strong understanding of attribution models and tracking.
Budget management and ROI optimization.
Advanced reading and analysis of acquisition KPIs.
Experience coordinating with media agencies.
Knowledge of SEO/SEA synergies is a plus.
