Responsibilities
Execute and optimize digital media campaigns in partnership with Program Management to ensure seamless delivery
Manage ad operations processes, including collecting assets, trafficking campaigns, and thoroughly QA’ing third-party tags
Monitor campaign pacing and performance against KPIs, proactively recommending and implementing optimizations
Own campaign reporting by delivering insights-driven updates and comprehensive wrap reports with key learnings and recommendations
Partner with Finance to support accurate billing and third-party reporting requirements
Assist Account Management in investigating and resolving billing discrepancies
Serve as an ad operations and optimization expert for Sales and Sales Support teams, communicating regularly to align on campaign performance
Maintain expertise in ad technology, including ad verification, viewability, and programmatic ad serving, while ensuring accurate system integrations
Requirements
1+ years of experience in campaign management, including ad operations, optimization, and reporting, or equivalent experience
Hands-on experience with digital ad serving and trafficking processes; familiarity with tools like Google Ad Manager (DFP) is a plus
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Ability to quickly learn and apply technical concepts in a fast-paced environment
Experience with third-party ad servers (e.g., DFP, DSM, CheckM8, VAST video) is a plus
Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, or other scripting languages (e.g., SQL) is preferred
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
