Responsibilities
Build Google advertising strategy and implement the strategy by launching, testing & optimizing it.
Define, prioritize on how to advertise in the most profitable way.
Manage budget allocations and bid parameters to deliver the most efficient results.
Perform analysis, management and optimization of Google advertising setup to reach the goals.
Monitor daily campaign KPIs, identify changes and initiate actions needed in order to address them.
Work with various platforms: Google Search, Display, Discovery, Shopping, YouTube, Apps, Remarketing, etc.
Requirements
Strong background in Google advertising and media buying.
Strong ownership of Google Ads accounts and decision-making.
Analytical thinking to assess campaign results, experience with Google Analytics.
Knowledge on how to analyze all metrics provided and confidence in making suggestions.
Ability to multitask, perfect time management and attention to the details.
Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English.
Aspiration to learn and grow.
Technical knowledge: Google Tag Manager, HTML, JavaScript, etc. is a plus.
Experience with Google Ads Scripts is a plus.
