Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration or equivalent
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in Finance/Controlling/Business Operations
- Strong numerical and commercial/business understanding
- Advanced Excel/Sheets (scenario modelling, forecasting, pivot tables)
- Ownership & speed – you drive projects forward independently
- Growth mindset – you seek to optimize, automate and scale
- Nice-to-have: BI tools (Power BI, Looker, Data Studio)
- Automation tools (e.g., Make/Zapier)
- E‑commerce / D2C understanding
