About the role
- Commercial Sédentaire handling development and management of client relations in e-commerce at Exhibit Group. Involves sales development, client service, and order management.
Responsibilities
- Développement commercial : relance et gestion active du portefeuille clients existants, prospection de nouveaux clients
- Relation et service client : prise en charge des appels entrants et demandes par mail, conseil technique et commercial, SAV et gestion des litiges
- Gestion des commandes : réalisation des devis, lancement en production, vérification sommaire des fichiers d'impression et suivi des dossiers jusqu'à la livraison
- Coordination : lien avec les équipes de production pour garantir le respect des délais, et communication avec les fournisseurs
Requirements
- Une première expérience en commerce sédentaire ou relation client
- Une formation de type BTS NDRC ou équivalent est appréciée
- Aisance avec les outils digitaux et les environnements e-commerce
- Organisation, rigueur et autonomie
- Maîtrise de l'orthographe et des outils bureautiques
- Connaissance du milieu de la signalétique ou de l'impression est un plus apprécié
