About the role

  • Regional Head of Performance Marketing handling eCommerce strategies for clients in Southeast Asia. Focusing on driving performance marketing across marketplaces and optimizing client campaigns in the region.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and advise on eCommerce marketing & campaign strategies for clients across the marketplaces, platforms, and properties, in accordance with their brand goals and current trends
  • Ensure consistent and efficient planning, execution, analysis, and optimization of visibility campaigns as per the brand’s objectives
  • Review the performance of key metrics against set goals, benchmarks, and previous performance
  • Provide regular insights to clients detailing performance, campaign optimizations, drive retail media adoption, audit strategies & provide recommendations
  • Work closely with the teams and platform SPOCs to ensure a comprehensive approach
  • Constantly raise the bar for eCommerce practice by regular evaluation of our offering and adoption of best-in-class services, technology & processes

Requirements

  • 8–12 years of experience in eCommerce performance marketing
  • Background from an eCommerce enabler, agency commerce team
  • Strong understanding of the SEA eCommerce and marketplace ecosystem
  • Hands-on expertise on-site and off-site media, with a strong focus on Shopee and Lazada
  • Clear ownership and understanding of commercial targets (GMV, ROI, efficiency, growth)
